Sunao, the Japanese word for being honest, is all about the simplicity and beauty of a classic vase design. Sunao comes in four different sizes, perfectly fitting a wide range of functions from small vases in the kitchen space to a centerpiece on the dining table, as well as a large plant pot for a tree in the living room. 

Sunao comes in two texture variations. A clean surface in Birch and Black color and Beehive texture, emphasising a tactile and organic surface. Made from casts of shellfish found on a beach, the vase is a true wonder of nature. 

Sunao vases is made from ceramic and is hand glazed to achieve a unique mat surface texture. The colors may vary slightly, due to that it’s a handmade product. Glazed on the inside with waterproof lacquer, Sunao is 100% waterproof and can be used for fresh flowers.

Air is blown into the glass to make it expand and achieve the iconic Wabi form. Afterward, it's taken out of the mould and placed inside an oven for tempering, with the top opening cut even and polished afterwards. Finally the vase is spray painted to achieve the signature Smoked Forest color. The collection consists of two sizes, each thoughtfully designed to bring a touch of nature into your home. The Smoked Forest color enhances the natural, earthy feel of the vases, creating a warm and calming presence in any space. The Rock Vase is a testament to the art of contrast in design. Its bold interplay of forms captivates the eye, blending the modern precision of a sleek, cylindrical brushed stainless steel base with the raw, organic beauty of a rugged black marble top. This juxtaposition not only creates a visually striking piece but also a sense of balance and tension. The STOFF Nagel vase is designed as a natural continuance of the characteristic STOFF Nagel expression and can be combined with both the candle holders, the bowl, and the stand. The vase adds an extra dimension to the classic design and allows you to include a colorful flower decoration of your choice to your sculpture. Depending on the season and trends both fresh and dried flowers goes beautifully into the vase.

Cleaning and maintenance:
This special piece is made of solid brass that has undergone a process of oxidation to achieve the bronzed finish. The brass is left untreated and will patinate over time. You can easily remove candle drips by placing the vase in hot water with a drop of detergent. After removing drips please refrain from polishing your vase as this will ruin the bronzed finish. Please note that marks may occur on the leg after repeated stacking due to natural wear and tear unveiling the clean brass surface.
