Bathing combined with aromatic sea salt is an excellent remedy for fatigue and it elevates the mood. This uplifting aromatic bath made with sea salt will ensure good night's sleep.

How to use:
For a swim in a bath add at least 100 g bath salt to the water. Recommended water temperature is 36–39 °C. Duration of the procedure is 15–20 min. After the bath we recommend to take a rest.
